This is an entry or intern level design staff member, typically with one year of experience who prepares routine sketches, preliminary and final working drawings, and construction documents for projects under the direction of intermediate or senior level staff. This position may also assist in the development of design concepts.

This is a fully competent professional architect who works independently to lead and direct the work of the project team. This position manages the development and completion of one or more projects in a manner consistent with firm-wide standards for project delivery. This position is responsible for overall project management including client relationship, scheduling, budgeting and construction administration and is accountable for the quality of work performed, client service and profitability.

We have an immediate need for a Senior Interior Project Manager focused on workplace environments. This is an experienced senior interior project designer with responsibility for managing interior design for entire projects. This person will have significant involvement in marketing, proposal development and emphasis in developing and maintaining and building client relationships. This person will direct the work of other designers.

This is a fully competent unlicensed professional who will perform drafting and coordination work for projects involving construction of new buildings and the alteration of existing buildings and facilities. Position is usually responsible for coordinating architectural work for entire projects or for a specific phase/aspect of a larger project. The scope and role of the job captain may fluctuate from project to project. Typically includes coordination of specifications and construction administration.

The Brand Specialist will assist with the composition, design and development of presentations and communication materials. This position is a healthy blend of copywriting, strategic messaging, and of course, original thinking. This person will use strategic thinking, industry and consumer insight, and common sense on a daily basis to craft meaningful presentations and other brand documents. Creative abilities in design and/or creative writing are a must, as are strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and other design tools.

This position works to develop design under a project designer or senior designer and assists in preparing concept packages. Interior Design Student Interns are fully integrated into a team, typically for 10 to 12 weeks or longer, so that they may participate in as much of the process (from concept to construction) as possible. This position is based in Seattle and will start in the fall.
