Artistic vision

At the heart of Dubailand, Eye Park is the first project to be built in the Arjan district, setting the benchmark for the area. Centered around the crescent-shaped park, six residential towers are targeted to achieve LEED Silver certification. Energy-efficient geothermal heating and cooling are among the solutions designed to minimize energy use and maximize comfort. A focal point of the development is an architecturally-focused kinetic sculpture to be designed by a prominent artist.
