The 25-story Union Street Tower addition to the Seattle Sheraton Hotel and Towers increases hotel capacity by 50 percent and plays a key role in the transformation of this downtown neighborhood. Working with the Sheraton and its neighbors, Callison included ground-level retail and restaurant space in its design to create a vibrant pedestrian-friendly link between the Washington State Convention Center and the ACT Theatre. This, along with the new guestroom tower’s sweeping views of the Puget Sound and 18,000-square-foot grand ballroom, makes it a premier convention and event destination.
