Encompassing over 35 acres of prime real estate in Powai, Mumbai, India, CallisonRTKL’s design for this mixed-use project envisions a predominantly multi-residential high-rise development supported by two commercial towers. This multi-phase development will incorporate a total built-up area of 241,635 SM. A lush, park-like setting of expansive garden spaces is interwoven with pedestrian-only circulation throughout. This development sets new standards of design and development unique to Mumbai. The Powai Lake community location is a sustainable and unique address with access to the natural beauty of open sky, water and mountain ranges.
